Publish your thesis
You need to upload your thesis electronically to Canvas and LUP Student papers.
When you upload your thesis to Canvas, it will automatically be sent to Urkund and become available to the examiner, opponent and your fellow students.
LUP Student Papers includes a registration and uploading tool as well as a search engine. Papers published in LUP Student Papers are also retrievable in Uppsök, the national search engine for papers and degree projects. You´ll find the last date for publishing in the schedule.
- Upload your thesis in PDF-format
- You log in to LUP using your student account
- Choose the thesis course and then Add New Student Paper
- Fill out the required information, don´t forget to add the abstract and choose language in the menu Language of Abstract
Thesis examination
The thesis is examined by final thesis, the student’s defence of the thesis and critical review of a fellow student’s thesis. The degree project is to be discussed at a seminar, in which the student is to present and discuss the thesis.
Minor changes
When you pass your thesis, you can make minor changes seven days after your grade is registered in LADOK. After seven days the thesis will be published. Minor changes are misspellings, grammar, wrong sized text, etcetera.
Adding och delete text, changing the outline, add or delete references or re-formulate is not considered to be minor changes and therefore not allowed.
