Bachelor programme in Human Rights Studies, 180 credits

This programme discuss themes as equal treatment, non-discrimination, violence and accountability. Connecting teaching with current debates, we study Human Rights as an idea and in practice. This programme give you the opportunity to do an internship or study abroad. Should you want to, you can do both. Since our Bachelor programme’s language of instruction is Swedish, there is no translation in English available. Learn more at our Swedish webpage

Master´s programme in Human Rights Studies, 120 credits 

is an international MA programme providing students with the opportunity to immerse themselves in the complex phenomena that human rights represents. The subject is regarded and studied, not only as ethical principles or ground for law and policy, but also as part of the infrastructure of a democratic society. Our goal is to, in close connection to our research, provide students with a multidisciplinary master´s programme. Learn more

Lund University is the only university in Sweden to offer a Ph.D. programme in the multidisciplinary field of Human Rights.
