Human Rights Lunch Online: Cultural Rights of Children with Disability

Human Rights Lunch Online is a digital seminar series where Human Rights Profile Area members present their latest projects and research.
On 21 November, Adriana Di Lorenzo Tillborg (senior lecturer in music education at the Malmö Academy of Music, Lund University), Märtha Pastorek Gripson (senior lecturer in aesthetics and innovation at Halmstad University), and Anna Johansson (senior lecturer in the Department of Special Education at Stockholm University) will present their interdisciplinary project on how Swedish kulturskolor work to support the cultural rights of children and youth with disabilities. Their initiative, that received Seed money from the Human Rights Profile Area, combines music education, aesthetics and innovation, and special education to explore inclusive practices. The seminar will share insights from recent mapping activities and regional meetings with art and music school leaders.
Bring your lunch and join us to reflect on findings and discuss future directions for inclusive cultural education.
